Affiliates / Webmasters, Talent & Content Producers receive free registration. Members of XBIZ.net receive discounted registration. For more information, please submit your information.

Event Terms & Conditions:

• Only badge and wristband holders will be admitted into spaces designated for the event.
• Badges and wristbands are non-refundable and nontransferable.
• Pick up badges and wristbands onsite. Valid ID is required.
• Only attendees 18 years of age or older with valid identification will be admitted to the event.
• Talent passes are free based on approved requests.
• Only attendees 21 years of age or older with valid identification will be served alcoholic beverages.
• Video recording of seminars and workshops is not permitted without express written permission from XBIZ. Still photography is allowed.
• Attendees give full consent to XBIZ, the Hotel/Venue, and Event Sponsors to copyright and publish any and all photographs and/or video content in which they appear in while attending the event.
• Attendees agree and understand that XBIZ, its staff, the Hotel/Venue and the Event Sponsors are not responsible for any damages, actions, claims, costs or other expenses including, but not limited to personal injury, wrongful death or property damage suffered by any attendee during the course of the event or for any claims, actions, damages or expenses arising out of any transaction or occurrence that takes place in a private room or between private parties attending the event.
• XBIZ reserves the right to deny access or entry to the conference or any related events at any time and for any reason.
• Attendees agree and acknowledge that: (i) XBIZ cannot exercise complete control over any event venue, including the host conference Hotel/Venue, and therefore, XBIZ cannot control access to all areas of the Hotel/Venue; and (ii) XBIZ events take place at both exclusive and non-exclusive venues, and while XBIZ does not have complete control over access restrictions that may be in place at any given venue during XBIZ events (which includes the host conference Hotel/Venue), where possible, XBIZ takes reasonable measures to enforce access restrictions as warranted that may limit Attendee access at XBIZ events.
